Administration, operation, upgrade and support of HSMs
Design, test, and implement changes/additions to HSMs in the Infrastructure
Monitoring and troubleshooting HSM on day-to-day basis
Work with Infrastructure team on configuration management
Develop HSM configuration standards based on compliance requirements and industry best practices
Work with development team on integrating new/updated HSM and key management services
Implement, operate and maintain physical and virtual machines in production and disaster recovery locations.
Ensure 24/7 uptime of the HSM services
Participate in defining and developing the strategic plan for HSM and key management infrastructure for
the service.
Troubleshoot customer-reported issues through reviewing HSM API's
Domain experience
7+ years System Administration experience
Experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and public key infrastructure (PKI) for certificate management.
Experience managing enterprise level cryptographic solutions
Hands on administration of:
o Encryption server
o Key management server
o Tokenization methods
Hardware Security Module (HSM) installation and management
Linux OS skills; scripting
5 years of relevant work experience
Practical knowledge of cybersecurity issues, vulnerabilities and defenses
Experience in Software documentation, software packages, support and/or training of IT systems
Expertise in IBM GKML, Entrust, Atos
