Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Technician to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to work onsite initially with the potential for a hybrid schedule after six months. The role involves managing and enhancing e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain e-commerce platforms, including transitioning to new systems as needed.

Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with teams to implement design changes and improve user experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop.

Utilize backend development skills to customize and optimize platform features.

Oversee content updates and management within the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Develop and execute campaigns that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to the e-commerce platform.

Work closely with prepress and printing teams to manage product listings and ensure quality output.

Ensure attention to detail in all aspects of e-commerce operations, from setup to execution.

Requirements

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform setup and management.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools.

Strong knowledge of backend development and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with e-commerce platforms.

Proven ability to conduct competitor analysis and apply insights to strategy.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Background in prepress or printing workflows is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical and operational tasks.
