Technical Lead Payment Software Middleware
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to design and drive the development of a high-throughput TCP-based middleware solution for a transaction processing switch. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in building scalable payment software systems.
Must have- Strong Java developer, the candidate needs to have card-based payments knowledge and understanding of ISO8583 message format.

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to design and drive the development of a high-throughput TCP-based middleware solution for a transaction processing switch. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in building scalable payment software systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance TCP-based middleware for transaction processing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support development, deployment, and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead, with a strong focus on payment software and transaction processing systems.
- Proven expertise with:
- Java (JDK 24)
- TCP/IP stack and Netty
- Linux environment
- Development tools: IntelliJ, Git, Gradle
- Caching development techniques
- Experience with HP NonStop (NSK) is a strong plus.
