Job Details

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and ensure client satisfaction. A substantial amount of time will be spent on client engagement and engaged selling, but also liaising with internal teams to make sure the client s needs are attended to.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyse their needs, and develop customised sales strategies to promote our solutions.
  • Client Service: Professional networking to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-making managers at targeted Work closely with team members to promptly address client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams for efficient resolutions, leading projects in risk analysis and client support, overseeing model and product change management and providing client training.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our infrastructure solutions, including their features, benefits, and Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and advancements in technology to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights, guidance, and technical expertise to clients and prospects.
  • Working with an inside sales team in coordinating sales activities (targeted mailings, telemarketing, order processing, marketing events, etc.)
  • Building, developing and maintaining client and OEM relationships
  • Responsible for client solution penetration and education, account monitoring and portfolio reporting, and issue resolution ownership
