About the Role

Join an industry-leading Consumer Brands business unit known for iconic products like Persil, Loctite, Snuggle, and Schwarzkopf. This role is a key part of the regulatory affairs team, driving compliance, product development, and safety standards across the Laundry and Dish categories in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regulatory activities for labeling, product/package compliance, SDS, ingredient statements, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Ensure products meet local and federal regulations; partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Product Development, QA, and Manufacturing.
  • Support agency inspections, recalls, and product reviews.
  • Develop and maintain compliance procedures and workflows.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and toxicology advancements.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Anticipated transition of this role to First Quality around Q4 2025.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or advanced degree in science, regulatory affairs, law, public health, or business administration (preferred).
  • 10+ years of regulatory affairs experience.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize a diverse workload.
