; Job Summary We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a customer experience team focused on enhancing call center operations through AI-driven IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) technology.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with unstructured data, SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.This role involves extracting and analyzing data to support predictive calling initiatives and improve customer experience metrics.

; Key Responsibilities Extract and analyze data from Exadata using SQL and Python (Pandas).Work with unstructured data to derive insights and support business decisions.Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize performance metrics.Respond to ad hoc data requests by identifying appropriate data sources and delivering actionable insights.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams and AI bot owners, to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Support the evaluation of IVR bot performance and contribute to the development of new bot features.Translate complex data into clear, executive-level narratives and reports.

; Required Qualifications Experience working with unstructured data.Proficiency in SQL and Python, particularly with the Pandas library.Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
