Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday HCM initiatives.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to mature and optimize business processes.
- Conduct current-state vs. future-state analysis, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear, well-structured documentation, including process flows, requirements, and analysis artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional team members and HR to support enhancements and ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Workday core HCM.
- Strong experience conducting gap analysis and defining future-state solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality documentation and present findings clearly.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for sprint reporting and work tracking.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work across a wide range of audiences and leadership levels.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
