About the position:
PeopleSoft HRIS/Finance Technical Consultant
Location : REMOTE (CST hours)
Contract Length : 12+ month contract
Requirements
  • Experience writing Peoplesoft code, SQRs, and App Engine processes.
  • Ability to update existing and create new queries/reports for HR/Payroll.
  • Strong PeopleSoft HRIS/Finance experience and the ability to implement the following:
    • GL rewrite and integration of Payroll data into a new ERP GL system;
    • ESOP process/file rewrite;
    • PeopleSoft functionality eCompensation/Comp module;
    • PeopleSoft functionality (Shift/Flex differential);
    • PeopleSoft functionality for Primary/Secondary Jobs;
    • MSS reports via Manager Dashboard;
    • SOC reporting codes;
    • State-specific worker comp codes on the Job Code table;
    • Transaction Workflow Approvals, Notifications, and other functionality to clean-up existing processes and manual interventions;
    • PeopleSoft Garnishments process;
    • PeopleSoft Absence Management module and processes;
    • System maintenance and updates;
    • Enhancements to a custom Performance Management process;
    • iCIMS to HRPS Interface enhancements and fixes;
    • HRPS to iCIMS interface enhancements and fixes;
    • HRPS Position Feed into iCIMS;
    • Custom Safety Page fixes and security enhancements;
    • Benefits issues/fixes;
    • Payroll issues/fixes.
Preferred
  • Experience with General Ledger integrations.
