Position Summary:
We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Specialist to help scale our demand generation engine and content engagement efforts in support of our Enterprise AI platform. This role will work at the intersection of automation, analytics, and storytelling using tools like Pardot and StoryPort to create impactful digital experiences for enterprise buyers.
You ll support campaigns targeting decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies, helping them understand and adopt our AI-driven solutions for areas such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Automation
Plan, build, and manage automated B2B marketing campaigns in Pardot, including email nurtures, dynamic landing pages, and gated asset delivery to drive qualified leads. - Content Activation & Engagement
Use StoryPort to publish and manage interactive multimedia content (e.g., use cases, explainer videos, platform demos) to support product education and drive deeper engagement across the buying committee. - Lead Management & Scoring
Maintain audience segmentation, develop lead scoring models, and align campaign workflows with Salesforce to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales handoff. - Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (CTR, form conversions, MQLs, influenced pipeline), and optimize campaigns based on data insights. - Sales & Product Marketing Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure campaign messaging aligns with platform capabilities, vertical solutions, and enterprise buyer needs. - Compliance & Governance
Ensure all outbound communications meet data privacy and brand standards, particularly for regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or cloud-based technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with Pardot (or similar MAP) and Salesforce.
- Experience using StoryPort or similar content engagement platforms (Uberflip, PathFactory, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear grasp of AI/tech concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Pardot Specialist or Consultant Certification
- Familiarity with enterprise AI use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, NLP, computer vision, generative AI)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts
