3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience integrating SFMC with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or external platforms.
Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
Familiarity with mobile, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting within SFMC.
Experience with HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for email and automation customization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience with Agile methodologies using tools such as Jira.
