Contract: W2 Only

Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects.
  • Passionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.
  • Involved as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects. Lead a team of developers. Lead and facilitate client meetings.
  • Experience with Service Portal customization and integration frameworks.
  • ServiceNow Service Portal Developer.
  • ServiceNow Employee Centre Developer.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Creator Workflow and App Engine and other low-code solutions, with enterprise-level workflow applications, including configuration and coding of new workflows and/or enhancements.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing domain separation models in ServiceNow.
  • Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
  • Experience with web technologies like AngularJS, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS.
  • Expertise-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities is required.
  • Understand the business needs and the need to standardize processes and build this into the design. and being able to transform customer requirements into a high-level (architectural) solution or supporting model.
  • Experience in java full stack development experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and static/dynamic translations
  • Expertise across advanced ServiceNow ITSM applications and understanding of other applications such as CSM and ITOM.
