Job Description:

Day-to-Day & Responsibilities
  • Project Initiative:
  • Deeply involved in the P&L attribution program, focusing on FX, credit, rates, and options. Collaborates closely with senior leadership, managing multiple workstreams. Coordinates extensively with technology teams and trading desks, utilizing Jira for planning and execution. This role supports a regulatory capital program and acts as a liaison translating deliverables into Jira, creating project plans, and tracking progress.
  • Teams/People Impacted: Trading desks, technology teams, other stakeholders
  • Key Activities:
  • Project Management: Oversee workstreams, translate strategies into project plans, ensure regulatory compliance
  • Technology Collaboration: Develop risk platforms, dashboards, test functionalities, address issues
  • Trader Engagement: Understand trader needs, support migrations, ensure smooth execution
  • Risk Management: Maintain risk logs, identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance
  • Change Management: Implement organizational changes, manage stakeholders, facilitate communication
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present findings, lead teams
  • Capital Markets Knowledge: Not required but beneficial for communication with traders and understanding their needs


Requirements & Screening

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years in project/change management
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating presentations
  • Banking industry experience
  • Capital markets knowledge (front office/trading focus, not middle office or payments)
  • Experience with Jira, RAID logs, project plans, Excel
  • Blend of business and technical expertise; tech-savvy with strategic business insight
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and tech interactions

Nice-to-Haves:
  • SharePoint, PowerBI familiarity
