Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Technology AI Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in researching, configuring, and deploying AI-driven features within these systems to enhance efficiency, user experience, and automation across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow platforms.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional tiger team to evaluate and implement AI innovations in HR technology.
  • Configure, test, and optimize AI-driven functionalities to streamline HR operations and improve service delivery.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in HR tech, AI, and automation, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and roadmaps for AI adoption in HR systems.
  • Ensure all AI configurations meet data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
  • Provide comprehensive training and documentation to HR stakeholders on AI features.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to align AI enhancements with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 10 years of experience in HR technology implementation and configuration.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, particularly around AI or automation modules.
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases in HR, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to analyze and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to AI in HR (e.g., data privacy, ethics).
