Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Senior Principal Consultant responsible for driving successful end-to-end implementations of Oracle's HCM Cloud Time & Labor solution. This role involves advising clients on Oracle best practices, leading workshops, configuring systems, and mentoring junior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process workshops and advise clients on the impact and benefits of adopting Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and ensure alignment with client objectives through sign-offs.
- Apply Oracle Implementation Methodology (OUM) across all project phases.
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor module to align with client business needs.
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate system configurations and functionalities.
- Provide end-to-end support during testing, production cutover, and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with the data migration team to support the successful migration of historical and current data.
- Assist the integration team in configuring and testing interfaces between Oracle HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of client solutions.
- Mentor and review the work of junior consultants to ensure quality and consistency.
Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor.
- Strong understanding of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus.
- Previous experience working with a consulting or enterprise software firm preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
