Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in the Payments domain to support the analysis, design, and delivery of end-to-end payment processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of wire transfer systems (CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT), familiarity with ISO 20022 standards, and a proven ability to gather business requirements, manage Agile artifacts, and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of end-to-end payment processing flows and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and manage Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria using Jira in an Agile delivery model.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and document technical plans and solution designs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in wire payment networks including CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and SWIFT.
  • Interpret and apply ISO 20022 standards within payment messaging frameworks.
  • Support UAT, defect triage, and solution validation during delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Drive project planning activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience working on Payments-related projects (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of CHIPS, FEDWIRE, SWIFT payment systems.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and gap analysis.
  • Proficiency in Jira must be able to write and manage epics, user stories, and backlogs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop and document technical plans in collaboration with architects and developers.
