Remote with 2-3 trips for the project, 4-month initial engagement
CTG is seeking an experienced Remote IAM Architect to lead the design and implementation of an Identity Data Fabric solution for one of our strategic clients. This role will focus on creating a scalable, secure, and compliant integration architecture that unifies identity data across systems such as SailPoint, Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, CyberArk, and CIAM platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in identity data modeling, governance, and analytics to support advanced role mining, access insights, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect a unified identity data model and design efficient data flows across multiple IAM platforms.
- Define data ingestion, normalization, and mapping strategies to ensure consistency and interoperability.
- Collaborate with platform teams to implement an identity analytics solutions.
- Develop and enforce data governance protocols and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the development of dashboards and analytics for role mining, risk scoring, and access intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in IAM architecture with a strong background in identity data modeling and integration.
- Expertise in identity data fabrics, data governance frameworks, and graph-based IAM technologies.
- Proven experience integrating IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, CyberArk, and CIAM solutions.
- Familiarity with identity analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business, technical, and security teams.
