Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Solution & Delivery Lead with deep expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain (SCM) and Service (CX) modules, with a demonstrated ability to engage business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and lead the successful delivery of SCM and CX implementations from inception through deployment.
This role requires a strong blend of functional, technical, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive business process knowledge spanning Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Order Management, and Service. In this capacity, the Solution & Delivery Lead will support solution design and project management, conducting workshops, facilitating design sessions, and overseeing delivery execution to ensure successful outcomes.

What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Supply Chain and Service.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops, design sessions, and review meetings with clients to align on processes, solutions, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization in Supply Chain operations.
- Serve as project manager on engagements, responsible for delivery, schedules, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project health, track milestones, and report progress to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud adoption and integration strategies.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP, with 10+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite and the last 5+ years focused on Oracle Cloud.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain (Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Order Management) and Oracle Service.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, delivery, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent facilitation skills for customer workshops, design sessions, and executive presentations.
- Flexibility for milestone travel.
