Job Description:
Pay Range: $80.71hr - $85.71hr
  • The Implementation Manager will drive process transformation and technology implementation to support customer and employee experiences.
  • This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and providing guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects related to core systems and operations from initiation through completion.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders during the implementation process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to organize and plan implementation strategies and timelines.
  • Offer a consultative approach while demonstrating knowledge of product rollouts and workstream interdependencies.
  • Deliver timely and exceptional customer service for implementation questions and issues.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience implementing data vendors and sources.
  • Monitor and report project progress, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among departments for smooth project execution.
  • Assist with testing end-to-end connectivity and usability of implemented deployments.
  • Maintain strong documentation for requirements, implementation planning, status updates, management reporting, and remediation options.
  • Demonstrate commitment to organizational values, including positivity, proactivity, collaboration, guidance, and adaptability.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program implementation/management, focusing on operations and core systems in a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with code deployments.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting systems and associated processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Life system terminology and acronyms (preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple implementations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Track progress, report status, and address issues or risks proactively.
  • Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
