Title: Financial Analyst (Renewable Energy)
Duration: 12+ months contract (possible extension) Location: remote role
Qualifications
- Strong experience arranging, negotiating, and closing renewable energy equity investments and financing transactions.
- Experience building and reviewing financial models, and performing due diligence, valuation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial accounting
- Working relationships with renewable energy financiers and developers across diverse geographies in Asia, including India.
- Deep understanding of global renewable energy markets and policies.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking.
Scope of Work
- Source renewable energy investment opportunities in Asia.
- Lead discussions with project developers to shortlist the project pipeline.
- Develop and analyze financial models and lead commercial diligence on shortlisted deals.
- Negotiate and close transactions.
