Project Program Associate

Join our team to lead and deliver enterprise-scale data warehouse and analytics initiatives. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, particularly focusing on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with clients on Fabric/Purview integration and implementation.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components such as OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, and Power BI.
• Possess comprehensive project management life cycle knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis for resource management discussions.
• Manage a team of 20-30 associates.
• Demonstrate knowledge in issue management, risk management, scope management, and resource management.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to learn and work on projects independently.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives from initiation through closure.
• Draft proposals, provide effort estimations, and participate in client presentations.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
• Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues related to Data Governance & Management.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.
• Understand Azure data services and BI ecosystems, such as Power BI.
• Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead delivery in engagements.
• PM Certification is an added advantage.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing cloud-based data platform projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

• Insurance experience.
• PM Certification.
