We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to drive secure, compliant identity and access management solutions within a DevOps environment. This role partners closely with business, engineering, and security teams to define requirements, optimize IAM processes, and support system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document IAM requirements; act as liaison between business and technical teams

  • Support design and optimization of IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001)

  • Improve identity lifecycle processes and access models (RBAC/ABAC)

  • Support IAM integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SCIM, and REST/SOAP APIs

  • Create and maintain BRDs, process flows, and solution documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, Active Directory, SDLC, and DevOps practices

  • Experience with IAM interoperability protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM)

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; CISSP/CISM a plus
