Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant

Location: Remote (Travel to Wilmington client site as needed limited)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support end-to-end data migration activities for an ongoing SAP implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP data structures, ETL processes, and data analysis, along with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
  • SAP Data Migration Experience:
    Hands-on experience delivering SAP data migration projects, including planning, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
  • Data Mapping:
    Ability to map legacy system fields to SAP target structures with a strong understanding of master and transactional data objects.
  • Tools Expertise:
    Proficient in SAP data migration tools such as BODS, LTMC, LSMW, and Syniti.
  • SAP Data Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of SAP master data and transactional tables across modules.
  • Data Analysis Skills:
    Strong proficiency in Excel and preferably SQL for data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
  • ETL & Data Validation:
    Strong grasp of ETL concepts, data transformation logic, and quality checks.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Ability to coordinate effectively across technical, functional, and business teams to ensure seamless data migration.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate data-related issues and solutions.
