Job Description
The Technical Manager in Salesforce world will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
Be the driving force behind the success of every key project. Align projects with business goals and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience.
Understand the process for Lead and Opportunity Management within Salesforce.
Lead and manage day-to-day project execution activities.
Develop and manage Project Plans, Timelines and scope of work.
Run Project Meetings and update Project stakeholders on major milestones.

Skills and Qualifications
Overall 10+ years of IT and 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects following Agile Scrum methodologies.
Min. 4 years of experience in managing Salesforce CRM Projects.
Should have strong development background in Salesforce.
Experience with Sales or Service Cloud.
Organized: Ability to keep the project moving toward successful completion in face of aggressive schedules and business requirements.
Collaborative: Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project.
Knowledge: Fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to an organization.
Process-oriented: Constantly identifying areas where process needs creation and improvement.
Have experience defining programs, writing detailed functional documentation and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs.
Superior communication skills, incredible writing skills, strong listening skills and excellent quantitative skills.
Take initiative: Identify opportunities for improvement and take them to the next level without being told.
Be flexible and adaptable in managing your time and schedule in a rapidly changing environment.
Be always ready to take on a new challenge and the intuition and good judgment to get through it successfully.
Expertise in using JIRA to manage project artefacts, documents, etc.
