Summary:
The IT Manager will report to the Director of IT and oversee Quality Manufacturing IT operations, ensuring effective and compliant IT solutions in a regulated environment. This role includes project management, systems implementation, and ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT leadership to align technology with business objectives and corporate strategy.
Design, implement, and maintain IT systems using the SDLC model, ensuring system documentation and license compliance.
Develop SOPs and maintain version control for systems and software.
Lead projects, create plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee CSV activities.
Drive innovation and process improvements in collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Oversee hardware/software procurement, vendor management, and technical training.
Requirements:
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 8+ years in IT, 5+ years implementing technical solutions in regulated industries, 3+ years with IQMS/DELMIAworks.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows Client/Server, ERP systems, project management.
Attributes: Strong communication, independent work capability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in plastics manufacturing, QMS implementation, IT integration in acquisitions, and multi-site ERP environments.
Performance Metrics:
Completion of IT goals, effective problem resolution, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
