Job Details

Summary:
The IT Manager will report to the Director of IT and oversee Quality Manufacturing IT operations, ensuring effective and compliant IT solutions in a regulated environment. This role includes project management, systems implementation, and ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT leadership to align technology with business objectives and corporate strategy.

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems using the SDLC model, ensuring system documentation and license compliance.

  • Develop SOPs and maintain version control for systems and software.

  • Lead projects, create plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and oversee CSV activities.

  • Drive innovation and process improvements in collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing teams.

  • Oversee hardware/software procurement, vendor management, and technical training.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

  • Experience: 8+ years in IT, 5+ years implementing technical solutions in regulated industries, 3+ years with IQMS/DELMIAworks.

  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows Client/Server, ERP systems, project management.

  • Attributes: Strong communication, independent work capability, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in plastics manufacturing, QMS implementation, IT integration in acquisitions, and multi-site ERP environments.

Performance Metrics:

  • Completion of IT goals, effective problem resolution, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
