Agile Scrum Master

Location: New England first & will consider NJ as FAR 2nd.

Required Skills

Must Have's:

- Jira, Jira Align, Miro

- Agile best practices / Impediment removal experience

- Previous Scrum Master exp for at least 4+ years and Strong communication skill

Nice to Have's:

- Scrum certification is a plus

- Scrum at Scale (experience working in a Scrum at Scale environment) and /or Scrum at Scale certification

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification. SAFe SSM and PMI ACP will be considered.
• Jira experience
• Experience working as a scrum team member

• At least 5 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team
• You possess excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization
• You demonstrate a continuous improvement approach
• You are a proven change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations

• You are an effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
• You are intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
• You are effective at negotiation and impediment removal.
• Experiences forecasting, estimating, and planning in an agile environment
• Agile at scale (preferably Scrum@Scale)
