C++ Lead Developer (Telecom Domain)

Location: Richardson, TX 75082 OR Baskin Ridge, NJ OR Tampa, FL
Work Model: Onsite from day one (3 days per week in office)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced C++ Lead Developer with strong expertise in C, C++, SQL, and telecom domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle and provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, code debugging, design documentation, and hands-on development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to all phases of the SDLC

  • Debug logs and code to identify root causes

  • Reverse-engineer application code

  • Develop program specifications, test plans, and design artifacts

  • Support scoping, effort estimation, and sizing of work

  • Build and review high-quality code

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Support go-live planning and execution

  • Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) development

Required Skills & Experience (7+ years):

Programming: C, C++, SQL, Java, HTML
Scripting: TCL, Python, Perl, Unix Shell
Servers: WebLogic, Apache
Platforms: Unix, Linux
DevOps Tools: Jenkins, JIRA, SVN, GitLab
Database: Oracle, SQL
Domain: Telecom / Networking (Mandatory)

Preferred Candidate:

  • Strong telecom domain understanding

  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work onsite from day one
