Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and continuity.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects in large enterprise environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of databases, cloud computing, data security, and enterprise IT operations. Oracle database experience, Cloud migration experience - public Cloud migrations
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus.

- Exposure to large enterprise working environments and familiarity with their complexities and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- The ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
