Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) module.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve issues related to onboarding processes.

Implement system configurations and customization as necessary to meet organizational needs.

Conduct regular audits of the onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for existing processes and new enhancements.

Assist in training HR personnel and other stakeholders on using ONB 2.0 effectively.

Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to refine onboarding experience and functionality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the ONB 2.0 module.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret data effectively.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Familiarity with HR best practices and onboarding strategies.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
