ResiliEnt Business Solutions on behalf of our contract with the State of South Carolina is seeking a seasoned SAP Change Management Consultant to overhaul and enhance its change management processes using tools like SAP Solution Manager. The qualified candidate will work on the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) team. The consultant will design, implement, and train teams on a streamlined strategy that supports requests for change, upgrades, and support pack installations.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing change management workflows and recommend improvements
Configure tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager) to align with newly defined processes
Document both functional and technical aspects of the change management lifecycle
Train cross-functional teams in applying updated procedures
Support change efforts across RFCs, SAP OSS Notes, upgrades, and support packs
Required Skills
Proven experience developing and deploying SAP change management processes
Deep expertise with SAP Solution Manager
5+ years of hands-on SAP software design, analysis, and development
Familiarity with ECC, SRM, BW environments
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across SAP upgrades and support scenarios
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Skills
SAP experience within public sector organizations
Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server background
Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
Strong business acumen for cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent professional experience
Relevant SAP and IT certifications highly valued
