We are currently seeking a Test Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Project Deliverables:
The Test Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of executing to milestones and budget on one or more Test projects. This person is driven and performs well in high intensity environments to drive team efforts, assigning/tracking tasks and following through with assignees to completion.
Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manages Testing team/s with respect to on-time and proper execution of tasks, internal trainings, control and reporting to Senior Management.
- Day-to-day leadership, management & support of Testing project/s.
- Active management through goals, key performance and quality indicators with view of improving overall quality and timeliness of Testing delivery
- Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution and reporting for testing assignments.
- Align testing with automation approaches for various types of testing (SIT, UAT etc)
- Estimation & Milestone planning for the project and provide estimates for the UAT.
- Ensure the deliverables are managed within the defined timelines
- Highlight Risk and issues at management level
- Extensive liaison and direct contact with a diverse range of business and technology functions, both within the bank and with key vendors.
- Prepare where required: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Coverage analysis for a given testing assignment.
- Work closely with the stakeholders or other groups in preparation and execution of the planned functional testing.
- Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business, technology and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings.
- Assist in the reception and quality assurance of the business requirements, solution design and business process documents individual projects.
- Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with clients, technology suppliers and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions and identify areas for service improvement.
- Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases.
- Manage the client meetings and defect calls independently
- Drive defects to closure
- Bachelor s degree in a technology or related field is required
- 3+ years of Financial Services Industry experience
- 5+ years of experience as a test manager, utilizing project management methodologies and disciplines, best practices, and artifacts in Agile environments
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills
- Confident and decision, works will under pressure, able to identify issues and drive to closure with minimal assistance
- Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio to create professional presentations
- Competent with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio for
- Experience and a general understanding of QA principles, best-practices and methodologies, test management and reporting tools in an Agile environment
- Experience in Fraud operations testing, including OFAC screening and/or transaction monitoring
- Experience with testing SAS applications
