Description:
Our Enterprise Security Application Support & Development team is seeking a collaborative, driven, and technically skilled professional to help us deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role will be responsible for the support and development of two applications - CatsWeb and Critical Infrastructure Data Hub (CIDH) applications -ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and evolve to meet future needs. You ll partner closely with Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the health, performance, and reliability of the vendor application CatsWeb Assurance and an-inhouse on-prem Critical Infrastructure Data Hub application.
- Design and develop complex software solutions to address business challenges.
- Translate ideas into actionable user stories and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide insights and solutions to product owners and business users.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and apply Human Performance tools during testing and implementation.
- Lead design/code reviews and uphold best practices in source control and documentation.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and passion for learning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application development and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and user stories.
- Familiarity with the full application lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
(Listed in order of importance)
- Strong SQL and data structure knowledge.
- Scripting experience (Power BI, Kafka, Python).
- CatsWeb Assurex Experience
- Windows system administration.
- JavaScript & CSS customization.
- Compliance and data governance understanding.
- Experience with data lakes, APIs, ETL, and data modeling.
- Tools: SSIS, Qlik, Flink, Power BI.
