Payrate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
Summary:
We re looking for a Content Strategist to manage updates across Company s Help Centers, and Business Help Centers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management and content strategy. They will be experienced at hands-on drafting and editing in a CMS, content structuring and proactive problem solving. They will be a skilled communicator who can effectively use a variety of business communication tools to get the information they need and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00/hr.. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.

- Create, edit and publish content for Company s Help Centers in simple, jargon-free language using Company s voice to accurately capture how to use our business tools.
- Execute Help Center content strategy for product changes while managing feedback from cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, technical and business roles
- Consistently deliver content that meets or exceeds Company s quality standards
- Meet tight publishing deadlines with high attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience of digital content writing and management, including using a CMS and HTML
- Experienced in working with cross-functional stakeholders to produce public-facing content
Desired Skills:
- Writing technical or educational guides for consumers or businesses
- Experience within a global technology company or digital-focused industry
- Knowledgeable about marketing or communications industries
