Responsibilities
Manage programs to ensure compliance with Shared Services Strategy.
Serve as liaison between contractors, vendors, and internal staff.

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive improvements.
Oversee Task Work Orders (TWO) lifecycle (budgeting, documentation, purchase orders).
Develop, update, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows (automation/process improvement).
Engage with stakeholders, provide updates, and escalate issues as needed.
Deliver reporting and insights via Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage programs to ensure compliance with the Shared Services Strategy.
Act as a liaison between contractors and program staff, resolving issues.
Manage and reconcile budgets (estimated vs. actual).
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data for actionable insights.
Review data for trends, anomalies, and accuracy, driving improvements.
Manage the full lifecycle of Task Work Orders (TWO), including budgets, documentation, and purchase orders.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying process efficiencies.
Attend meetings with contractors and stakeholders, share updates, escalate issues.
Support ad hoc tasks related to Central Business Services.
