The job:
As a Senior Data Analyst at Buildertrend, you'll turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. Your work will directly influence how we support builders, improve internal operations, and grow revenue. You'll partner with senior leaders to uncover trends, solve problems, and build scalable solutions that make a real impact.
What you will do:
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders of all levels across the business.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and surface trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to execute data-driven initiatives.
- Partner with business systems and data engineering to maintain scalable infrastructure.
- Translate non-curated data into clear, actionable insights.
- Design and build data models that support business goals.
- Create visualizations that make complex data easy to understand
Who you are and what you need:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related field required.
- 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS data analytics role.
- Expertise in SQL and designing data models
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Proficient in visualizing data (preferably in Tableau).
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams.
