Talent & Learning Coordinator
Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Schedule: Typically 8 AM-5 PM (Occasional 7 AM meetings)
Type: W2 Contract - 12 months | Pay Rate: $20 - 22 /hour
Client: A global innovation leader known for inventing everything from tapes to tech that powers hospitals, factories, and homes.
About the Role
We re hiring a Talent and Learning Coordinator to support critical talent and learning systems. You ll work with internal clients and cross-functional project teams, provide technical assistance, and help drive system improvements across learning platforms and talent development tools.
What You ll Do

Provide user support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Marketplace tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate when needed.

Assist with system testing and quality checks for upcoming releases.

Participate in project teams and support special initiatives around talent and learning.

Support communication and training rollouts related to HR systems.

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth system navigation for users.
You ll Be Great If You Have...

Experience with SumTotal LMS or other complex LMS systems.

Familiarity with Talent Marketplace systems like Fuel50.

Working knowledge of Workday applications.

Strong communication skills and curiosity to support a wide range of stakeholders.

A knack for solving problems and improving systems.

The ability to work independently while still collaborating cross-functionally.
