Job Details

Talent & Learning Coordinator

Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Schedule: Typically 8 AM-5 PM (Occasional 7 AM meetings)
Type: W2 Contract - 12 months | Pay Rate: $20 - 22 /hour
Client: A global innovation leader known for inventing everything from tapes to tech that powers hospitals, factories, and homes.


About the Role

We re hiring a Talent and Learning Coordinator to support critical talent and learning systems. You ll work with internal clients and cross-functional project teams, provide technical assistance, and help drive system improvements across learning platforms and talent development tools.


What You ll Do

  • Provide user support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Marketplace tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate when needed.

  • Assist with system testing and quality checks for upcoming releases.

  • Participate in project teams and support special initiatives around talent and learning.

  • Support communication and training rollouts related to HR systems.

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth system navigation for users.


You ll Be Great If You Have...

  • Experience with SumTotal LMS or other complex LMS systems.

  • Familiarity with Talent Marketplace systems like Fuel50.

  • Working knowledge of Workday applications.

  • Strong communication skills and curiosity to support a wide range of stakeholders.

  • A knack for solving problems and improving systems.

  • The ability to work independently while still collaborating cross-functionally.
