Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Data Engineer with 12+ years of experience in ETL development, Azure, Databricks, Informatica, Oracle, and Business Intelligence reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data pipelines, data modelling, and data warehousing, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to support enterprise-level data warehousing and analytics.
  • Develop and optimize complex ETL workflows using Informatica, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Work with cloud-native technologies on Azure to process, transform, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Design and implement efficient data models and schemas to support business intelligence and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure high data quality and integrity across all stages of the data lifecycle.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance of existing data processes.
  • Support reporting and dashboarding teams in delivering high-quality business reports using relevant tools and data models.

Mandatory Skills & Technologies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Data Warehousing (Mandatory)
  • Strong experience in ETL development
  • Expertise in Azure (Data Factory, Storage, Databricks, etc.)
  • Hands-on with Databricks (Spark, Notebooks, Pipelines)
  • Proficient in Informatica (Power enter or Cloud)
  • Strong database skills with Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Experience in building and maintaining Business Reports (BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent skills in Data Modelling (Dimensional, Star/Snowflake schema)
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lineage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail
