About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead SAP Financials (FICO/FSCM) Consultant for a critical project. The role requires deep expertise in SAP FICO processes and a significant focus on SAP FSCM modules, coupled with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations. This consultant will be essential in defining architecture, managing scope, and leading delivery for end-to-end process implementation cycles. ship is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and participate in client workshops, managing project scope and stakeholder expectations.
  2. Finalize system Architecture, develop comprehensive Testing Plans, and manage Data Object Design and migration strategies.
  3. Support Infrastructure and Security teams, and lead End-to-End Testing cycles.
  4. Conduct client coordination, lead workshop sessions, and manage Quality Assurance (QA) for delivery.
  5. Perform detailed Requirement Gathering, and prepare robust Functional and Technical Design specifications.

Essential Skills:

  • Overall 12+ years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and FICO.
  • In-depth understanding of core FICO processes including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Internal Orders (IO), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Tax Processes, and Integration.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following FSCM areas: Credit Management, Collections/Disputes Management, Cash Management (including Cash Flows, In-house Cash), or Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation or Conversion Projects.
  • Experience in two or more complete End-to-End Process Implementation cycles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Must possess a Certification in a core SAP Financials area.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Out-of-the-Box (OOB) functionalities available with FI-AR (Financial Accounting - Accounts Receivable) and associated portals like Biller Direct.
  • Strong understanding of Functional Integration aspects with other SAP Modules (e.g., SD, MM).
  • Ability to work well in and with cross-cultural teams and demonstrate readiness for business travel.
