Job Description:
Job Title: Business Analyst- Product Management
Job Location: Columbus, OH (Remote)
Pay Range: $63/hr-$75/hr
Contract Length: 3 Months
Job Summary:
Seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Product Management team in building out the Elite platform, a modernized Lending Origination System (LOS) supporting the Regional Bank and Commercial Lines of Business. This role is instrumental in translating feature acceptance criteria into actionable user stories, identifying cross-feature and cross-team impacts, and supporting refinement sessions to ensure the solution meets the business requirements. The Business Analyst will also provide ongoing support to developers and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud, and a strong understanding of commercial business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Offshore BSAs to draft stories
Reconcile stories with Feature Brief, Tech Design and any other documentation to ensure accurate delivery.
Support story refinement by gaining clarification from business stakeholders during onshore hours.
Provide guidance and support to the scrum team throughout the development lifecycle.
Maintain awareness of cross-feature and cross-team impacts to ensure cohesive product delivery.
Monitor scope changes and manage size increases to maintain project integrity.
Provide QA support and guidance on System Integration Testing (SIT) scope.
Provide UAT support, including defect triage, troubleshooting and validations.
Support stakeholder demos to validate feature functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst (BA) supporting Salesforce application development.
Proficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, workflows, etc.
Solid understanding of the Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an onshore/offshore team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of data mapping and reconciliation techniques.
