Hybrid position - Candidates local to Lansing, MI

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Reengineering Specialist to drive requirements gathering, process improvement, and training initiatives for a fast-paced IT project. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams, mentor BAs/QAs/SMEs, and leverage your expertise in Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and process mapping tools to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document clear, testable business requirements.
Conduct as-is/to-be process analysis to identify and implement improvements.
Create and tailor training materials, templates, and process documentation for BAs, QAs, and SMEs.
Manage Azure DevOps backlog, user stories, epics, and work progress tracking.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the PMO.
Utilize Figma and Visio to create process flows, UI/UX diagrams, and visual documentation.
Support Agile project activities, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.

Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree required.
5+ years in:
Training/Teaching in IT or business process environments.
Business Analysis (Agile, BA/QA/DEV roles and responsibilities).
Quality Assurance processes and collaboration.
Azure DevOps for project tracking and backlog management.
As-is/to-be process documentation and improvement.
3+ years using Figma and Visio for process mapping and design.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
