Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake
Write efficient SQL queries to transform and analyze large datasets
Support data ingestion from various sources (e.g., APIs, flat files, databases) into Snowflake
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance and storage usage
Help maintain data quality, integrity, and security across platforms
Document data workflows, schemas, and processes
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, normalization)
Exposure to ETL tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, dbt, Airflow) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced data environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Understanding of data governance and security best practices
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
