Our utilities client is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $70.00/hr on W2
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the client's NA's NSight Wind Migration project
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Oversee the release planning process
- Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into project requirements as needed
- Manage and resolve conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of project goals, adherence to governance standards, and successful integration with other ongoing digital initiatives
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management
- Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of [relevant software or tools, e.g., CRM systems, ERP software]
- Must have a PMP certification (or equivalent)
