Job Details

Join our team as a Jr. IT Analyst and be at the forefront of supporting IT infrastructure at a dynamic chemical manufacturing site. This role offers a chance to enhance your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for IT infrastructure across a multi-building campus.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to workstations, telecom systems, and servers.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond effectively to IT service management processes and support tickets.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to safety and IT standards.

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows PCs and server operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of basic networking, including LAN/WAN and VOIP systems.
  • Physical capability to lift and manage IT equipment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud management tools like Microsoft Azure and Intune.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
  • Understanding of compliance standards related to IT operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
