**100% Remote**

Our client, an industry leader in case management, has an excellent opportunity for a Principal AI Architect to work on a full-time direct hire opportunity. Work will be fully remote, local to SoCal preferred. The Principal AI Architect will lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge AI-based products. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of launching technical solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary Range: $200K-$250K

Responsibilities:
Design and Develop AI Solutions: Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.

Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.

Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure AI models perform as expected and make necessary adjustments.

Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for AI systems, including architecture diagrams, data flow, and model specifications.

Leadership and Training: Train current team members, evaluate existing processes, and identify opportunities for skill enhancement. Work with partners and educate the internal team.

Experience Requirements:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, NLP, LLM and working experience within Gen AI

Technical Skills: Expertise in generative AI and machine learning, with experience in creating proofs of concept (POCs) and conducting experiments.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with Co-Presidents, Chief Revenue Officer, CTO, and other business executives.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Education Requirements:
Master's or Ph.D. from a reputable institution.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
