ServiceNow OCM Specialist
Remote Position
Overview:
Following the rapid expansion of new-name clients into the SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking a ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in successful ServiceNow engagements. This role is critical to driving change adoption, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation across client environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead OCM activities across ServiceNow implementation projects

Own end-to-end deliverables such as change impact assessments and communications planning

Coordinate with training teams, conduct user engagement surveys, and manage stakeholder interviews

Identify and mitigate risks to successful change adoption

Collaborate with PMO and technical teams on change-related issues and impacts
-
Develop and execute consistent communication and change strategies aligned with project workstreams and talent strategies
-
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process understanding and user adoption
-
Translate business needs into functional ServiceNow requirements (ITSM, ITOM, HR workflows)
-
Monitor post-implementation performance to drive continuous improvement

Act as a liaison between technical and business teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree (required)
-
Minimum 5 years of OCM experience, with at least 4 years in business process consulting or analysis

Experience in ServiceNow implementations, especially in ITSM & ITOM modules

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting abilities
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

OCM experience in ServiceNow projects

PROSCI Certification (Organizational Change Management)

ITIL v3 Certification

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and process mapping
