Role Description: Role Overview
An experienced Local Project Leader to manage the Digital Factory support work for client's Customer applications. Additionally, near shore resources will be provided to offer technical support for the client. The team will support the client during regular office hours, supplemented by the Wipro team during off hours.
Role Objectives
Ensure seamless management and support of client's Customer applications
Provide continuous technical support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation
Enhance the development and troubleshooting of customer-facing web applications
Main Responsibilities/Qualifications
Deep experience in managing complex IT architecture and development landscapes
Experience with ServiceNow, Java, Microservices Backend Kubernetes (Azure AKS)
Understanding of Enterprise Microservices, Webapps, Mobile Apps and Databases
Overseeing the Digital Factory support work for client's Customer applications
Work with the Wipro team to ensure continuous support during off hours
Coordinate with the client to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Manage the team of near shore resources and ensure alignment with project goals
Ensure timely delivery of support and development tasks
Provide regular updates and reports to the client
Skilled in troubleshooting and development of customer-facing web applications
Provide technical support during regular office hours
Address and resolve technical issues related to customer applications
Assist in the development and enhancement of web applications
Collaborate with the Local Project Leader to ensure seamless support
Weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and address any concerns
Daily stand-up meetings with the support team to ensure alignment and address any immediate issues
Regular email updates and reports to the client
Regular review of support activities to ensure quality and adherence to project goals
Feedback mechanism to continuously improve support and development processes
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Regularly review and update risk management plans
Provide technical support during off hours
Ensure continuity of support and address any urgent issues
Collaborate with the near shore team to ensure smooth handover of tasks
Tech Stack
Familiarity with Servicenow, Java, Microservices backend Kubernetes (Azure aks) and SAP
