Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience principles to create designs that are both functional and beautiful. You ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life from concept through implementation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product usability.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
  • Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices.
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints and align with brand guidelines.
  • Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience with responsive design, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience designing for SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software.
