Your Role:
In this role you will be responsible for research and development projects directed to the development of novel filtration technologies suitable for the manufacture of therapeutic biopharmaceuticals. You possess the creativity, knowledge, and skills to successfully execute on challenging projects, including a demonstrated ability to apply proven scientific and engineering principles on projects with high complexity and difficulty. This position will require you to work cross-functionally with teams that includes R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales, Quality and Procurement to drive product ideas through development and validation phases to achieve successful commercialization. Travel domestically and internationally, 10-30%.

Who You Are:
- Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Material Science and 5+ years of work experience.
OR
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Material Science and 4+ years of work experience.
OR
- PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Material Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
- Experience with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis methods.
- R&D or manufacturing experience in filtration device making.
- Experience with CAD design software such as SolidWorks.
