Team and Responsibilities

UX Researcher

As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Experience Design (XD) or a related field (e.g. Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Marketing) Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus
  • Experience: 5-8 years in UX research within industry or agency settings
  • Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
  • Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects
  • Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences
  • Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods

Research & Problem-Solving

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure research findings translate into actionable design improvements
  • Lead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers or designers when necessary

Deliverables & Execution

  • Create research documentation, reports, and strategic insights
  • Develop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findings
  • Identify and recruit target users for testing sessions
