Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist in Neptune Beach, Florida. This part-time position is contract-to-hire. Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Utilize conditional formatting and other tools to create and maintain organized spreadsheets.

Support corporate social media initiatives by developing engaging content and monitoring online channels.

Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Analyze social media trends and provide strategic recommendations to optimize online presence.

Design graphics and visuals for social media posts to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and interaction with followers.

Collaborate with team members to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Monitor the performance of social media tools and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms and tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and organization.

Experience with conditional formatting and spreadsheet management.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

Ability to create and implement social media strategies tailored to specific goals.

Familiarity with designing graphics and content for social media channels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
