Job Details
Job Summary:
- Design and develop PLC programs using Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms (RSLogix, Studio 5000, TIA Portal).
- Develop and configure HMI applications using FactoryTalk View and WinCC.
- Work with the Ignition SCADA platform for industrial automation solutions.
- Create and manage SQL queries for reporting and system integration with relational databases.
- Configure and manage Kepware/OPC communication for data exchange.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and provide strong client communication and support.
- Perform on-site commissioning and troubleshooting across various U.S. locations (willingness to travel required).
- Maintain comprehensive system and code documentation.
- Manufacturing domain experience and scripting skills (Python, JavaScript in Ignition) are a plus.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail in documentation are desirable.
